Okay everyone, let's recap.

"Firstly", we fully intended for the artwork to be polarizing. Like it (he didn't) or hate it (he did), you can't ignore it. Mission accomplished. Bottom line: we like it, the majority of people we've talked to like it, and if he hates it, who cares? We got him to talk about it.

"Secondly", being able to type a polysyllabic rant does not a competant reviewer make, especially when said reviewer has been smearing himself with lead-based corpsepaint for almost as long as he's been huffing said paint. Like the saying goes, biases are like backpacks; you can never see your own. As is evidenced by the glowing review he gave to a band that "copped all their moves from...Morbid Angel" (his words, Ravager review, same issue pg. 66), Nathan might as well tattoo it on his forehead: if it ain't "underground DM" it's shit. We would've gotten a more fair review from Seventeen than we did from this narrowminded putz.

That would be bad enough, but in his weakassed attempt to slag Disarray, he also insulted not only Pro-Pain (I'd love to see Gary's face when he reads that shit), but Kirk Windstein (Crowbar, Down), Biohazard, and especially artist Jeff Gaither. Of course, if you are into any of these bands or people, then by extension he insulted you too. Do you feel insulted?
