LOUD, PROUD and UNABASHEDLY METAL
DISARRAY UNLEASHES THIRD SET
IN THE FACE OF THE ENEMY June 18 through Eclipse Records

May 3, 2002 - Nashville, TN - Rising from the depths of the underground in the capital of Country music, the fierce 3-piece known as Disarray is set to release In The Face of the Enemy June 18 on Eclipse Records, the mighty indie label that launched Mushroomhead to success early last year. Featuring 11 tracks that combine bellowing vocals with melodic, old school metal sensibilities right down to the spine tingling guitar leads, In the Face of the Enemy is also the culmination of many creative forces -- the band's tremendous live energy coupled with masterful production by GWAR frontman Dave "Oderus " Brockie. In the Face of the Enemy was recorded at GWAR's Slave Pit Studio in Antarctica and features cover art by renowned hard core designer Jeff Gaither (Misfits, Slipknot, Mushroomhead).

Driven by a sturdy punk rock ethos, Disarray has built an immensely loyal following the hard way; town to town, couch to couch, one fan at a time. Called "most ambitious" by Circus Magazine and "easily one of the most uncompromising and hardest working bands in the underground," by Last Judgement, Disarray has led their metal fight over the hills and through the valleys of the underworld called life, learning its lessons and writing about it. For nine years, Chuck Bonnett, founder, frontman and principal songwriter has guided the band's lyrical and musical direction laying his ideas and perspective clear on the line for everyone to see and hear - and never towing the company line. Now, on the heels of 3 independent releases, and dozens of contributions to compilations and tribute albums, the band drops In the Face of the Enemy, which Mega Kung Fu has already said "flies in the face of the popular approach to music."

Disarray features, in addition to Bonnett on lead vocals and guitar, Vance Wright on bass and Dave Peridore on drums. The band, which just completed a healthy road stint with GWAR, is expected to tour throughout the summer in support of the release. For music, interviews or more information -- please call!
